By accessing or using any OrbixMC service — including our Minecraft game servers, websites, online store, and community platforms — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vennality. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Our services include Minecraft game servers, associated websites, an online store, community forums, and any other features or tools we provide. You may use these services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Certain features of our services may require you to create or link an account. When connecting via Minecraft, your account is identified by your Minecraft UUID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You must not share your account access with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions, or impersonate other users or staff members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our server rules.

When using our services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them. Using cheats, hacks, unauthorized mods, or third-party software that provides an unfair advantage. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players or staff. Attempting to disrupt server operations through DDoS attacks or other malicious actions.

Engaging in real-money trading of in-game items or currency outside of our official store. Distributing spam, advertisements, or malicious links. Circumventing bans or restrictions through alternate accounts or other means.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or other actions at our sole discretion.

All content, branding, designs, code, game configurations, and creative assets associated with OrbixMC and its services are the intellectual property of Vennality or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to server builds, custom plugins, website designs, logos, and written content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Content you create in-game (such as builds on creative plots) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with our services.

Purchases made through our online store are for virtual items and services delivered within our game servers. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual items and their functionality at any time to maintain game balance or for other operational reasons. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact our support team.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violations of these terms, violations of our server rules, abusive behavior, or extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any purchases made prior to termination, except where required by applicable law.

You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vennality and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or server downtime.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify users through our website, Discord server, or in-game announcements.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.
